Concerning the conversion of the motorcycle operator safety training fund to a cash fund subject to annual appropriation by the general assembly, and, in connection therewith, making an appropriation.
Bill Summary:
Joint Budget Committee. The bill provides that the motorcycle operator safety training fund is no longer immediately and continuously available for use by the office of the chief of the state patrol in the department of public safety (office), and instead is available to be expended by the office subject to annual appropriation by the general assembly.
