Concerning the elimination of the gray and black market marijuana enforcement grant program.
Bill Summary:
In current law, there is a gray and black market marijuana enforcement grant program (program) that awards law enforcement grants related to marijuana enforcement. The act prohibits the program from awarding grants in fiscal year 2025-26 and repeals the program on June 30, 2026.
