Concerning a supplemental appropriation to the department of public health and environment.

Bill Summary:

The 2015 general appropriation act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the total amount appropriated to the department of public health and environment. The cash funds portion of the appropriation is decreased and the reappropriated funds portion is increased, resulting in an overall decrease in funding for the department.
