Senators Ball and Benavidez, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 26-177. The bill allows homeowners to petition the court to enter an adjoining property to make repairs if entry is denied by the adjoining property owner. The bill sponsors also discussed amendment L.001 (Attachment A).
