Senator Marchman presented Senate Bill 25-087, which concerns academic adjustments in higher education. She provided opening remarks on the bill and distributed a fact sheet (Attachment D). Senator Kolker stated that after hearing witness testimony he will be laying the bill over until February 26 at the request of the sponsor.

Jennifer Korb, representing Autism Society of Colorado, testified in support of the bill.

Evie Hudak, representing Colorado Parent Teacher Association, testified in support of the bill.

Ida Dilwood, representing the University of Colorado, testified to amend the bill.

Janelle Ramsel, representing Independent Higher Education of Colorado, testified to amend the bill.

Senator Marchman provided additional comments. Senator Kolker laid the bill over for amendments and action to February 26.
