Chair McCormick requested
that the final report include an overview of all committee meetings. She
reviewed possible recommendations the committee may make regarding the
complaint. Representative Soper suggested that the committee recommend
a letter be sent to Representative Weinberg, stating that guilt was not
established, but that probable cause suggests that he engaged in behavior
unbecoming of a legislator. Representative Mabrey suggested that the recommendations
include training. |

should be addressed in the letter, and the committee discussed this issue. |
