Bonnie Silva, Office of Community Living Director, HCPF; Madison Kaemerer, Budget and Policy Analyst, Joint Budget Committee Staff; Tara Kiene, Chief Executive Officer, Community Connections Inc.; and Randy Brodersen, Executive Director, North Metro Community Services joined to the committee to present on the Waitlist for Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

Ms. Silva discussed HCPF's efforts to reach the end of the IDD waitlist. Ms. Kiene presented on the challenges facing providers that serve the IDD waitlist. Mr. Brodersen concluded with recommendations for improving the waitlist.
